Monday

6.00pm - 7.00pm

Taoist Yoga (Qigong)
Gentle standing exercises to mobilise the joints, followed by the Four Directional Breathing exercise.  You will then be guided through the movements of a Taoist Yoga (Qigong) exercise combining body posture, movement, and breathing. These exercises provide a moving meditation with specific health benefits. A new exercise is taught in each class. 
The class is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Monday

7.15pm - 8.15pm

T’ai Chi Form 
Gentle standing exercises to mobilise the joints, followed by the Four Directional Breathing exercise.  You will then be guided through the movements of the T’ai Chi Form.
The class is suitable for complete beginners as well as students wishing to take their training to the next level.

Thursday

9.30am - 10.30am

T’ai Chi Form (Intermediates – movements 50 to 140)
Gentle standing exercises to mobilise the joints, followed by the Four Directional Breathing exercise.  You will then be guided through the movements of the T’ai Chi Form.

Thursday

10.45am - 11.45am

T’ai Chi Short Form (Beginners – movements 1 to 50) 
Gentle standing exercises to mobilise the joints, followed by the Four Directional Breathing exercise.  You will then be guided through the movements of the T’ai Chi Form.
The class is suitable for complete beginners as well as students wishing to take their training to the next level.
