At the moment the most important exercise that I would ask people to practise is the 4 Directional Breathing. This exercise will improve the quality of the respiratory system and help strengthen the lungs. 
It is also beneficial to practise the Taoist Walk for the Immune System.
We have two new exercises for you. One to help with the Respiratory System & Prevention of Strokes and a Second to Help the Heart, Lungs & Ease Anxiety.
